CASINO-IN-THE-PARK, JERSEY CITY, NEW JERSEY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hudson County Improvement Authority, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey (the "HCIA"), is seeking qualifications and proposals from qualified and experienced entities to enter into a sublease agreement with the HCIA for the Operation, Maintenance and Repair of the Casino-in-the-Park, located in Lincoln Park, Jersey City, New Jersey (the "Casino Project").

Information concerning the Casino Project, and the scope of work involved, is outlined in the HCIA Request for Qualifications/Request for Proposals ("RFQ/RFP") for such sublease. A copy of the RFQ/RFP which includes the Scope of Services, and other Proposal requirements and documents, may be obtained at the HCIA, 830 Bergen Avenue, 9th Floor, Jersey City New Jersey 07306, during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The RFQ/RFP may also be obtained electronically by registering online at www.hcia.org. The HCIA will not be responsible for RFQ/RFP documents obtained from other sources. A Pre-Proposal meeting and site visit will occur at the Casino in the Park on January 19, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.

Completed Qualification and Proposal Submissions shall be submitted to the HCIA, 830 Bergen Avenue, 9th Floor, Jersey City, New Jersey 07306, by no later than February 27, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Any Submission received after the due date, whether by mail or otherwise, will be returned unopened. No Submission will be accepted after the above referenced date and time. Qualification and Proposal Submissions must be submitted to the HCIA in sealed envelopes with the name “HCIA: Casino-in-the-Park Project” clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. Submissions may not be e-mailed, faxed or transmitted over the telephone. The HCIA reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any and all Proposals in accordance with law.

Respondents, and as applicable, their subcontractors, are required to comply with the requirements of the Business Registration Act (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44); the State’s Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and Regulations (N.J.S.A. 10:2-1 et seq., N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-3.7 and 3.8); and the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. 12101).
