  1. Responses should address the general criteria and mandatory minimum criteria for the position sought. All responses will be treated as confidential and reviewed only by the governing body, unless otherwise required by law.  Responses must be received at the offices of the Hudson County Improvement Authority, 830 Bergen Avenue, 9th Floor, Jersey City, New Jersey 07306 Attn: Chief Executive Officer no later than 2:00 p.m. on November 29, 2022. All responses shall be opened and announced publicly and promptly via Virtual Meeting Technology thereafter by the Chief Executive Officer or his representative.  Responses will be reviewed by a Review Committee and all appointments will be announced at a public meeting.  Unless otherwise noted, appointments shall be for a one-year period and subject to the execution of an appropriate contract.
