The Hudson County Improvement Authority (“the Authority”) is seeking qualified individuals and firms to provide Professional Architectural & Consulting Services on occasion in connection with maintenance, improvement and construction of existing or proposed facilities in the County of Hudson, including interior design and miscellaneous architectural needs for the Hudson County Improvement Authority and/or in conjunction with the County of Hudson or other government entities. Firms which have previously been qualified pursuant to the Authority’s RFQ issued on November 14, 2022 and returned November 29, 2022 need not resubmit qualifications. 

  1. Responses should address the general criteria and mandatory minimum criteria for the position sought. All responses will be treated as confidential and reviewed only by the governing body, unless otherwise required by law. Responses must be received at the offices of the Hudson County Improvement Authority, 830 Bergen Avenue, 9th Floor, Jersey City, New Jersey 07306 Attn: Chief Executive Officer no later than 2:00 P.M. on February 3, 2023. Responses will be reviewed by a Review Committee and all appointments will be announced at a subsequent public meeting.
